Transcendental Meditation Catalyzes A Sharp Decline In Violent Crime

When we look at something like meditation, we typically think that it is strictly an inward and individual process; something that is used to calm, balance, and re-center ourselves. We can also see it in a pragmatic sense in that it encourages healthier living as it can be used to reduce stress, a catalyst for many of the major life threatening illnesses. Additionally, some many find esoteric elements in meditation through which they are able to connect with deeper aspects of themselves, have out of body experiences, or even tap into the vast realm of archetypes of the collective unconscious.
